摘  要:基于积极心理学思想、从心理健康促进的视角,构建以研究生心理健康的需求调查为基础、以分类需求为目标,以促进方式为核心、以效果评估为反馈手段的研究生心理健康四级促进模式。该模式不仅关注问题研究生的矫治与发展,更为关注正常研究生的积极心理品质发展,是一套集管理学、心理学、教育学等多学科理念来构建的心理健康促进模式。The purpose of this paper is to construct a postgraduate mental health promotion model based onthe theory of positive psychology and the perspective of mental health promotion. This promotion model is dividedinto four levels, namely, the demand investigation of postgraduate mental health as the basis, the classified demandas the goal, promotion ways as the core, and the effect evaluation as feedback means. This model is not onlyconcerned about the treatment and development of those postgraduates who are plagued by psychologicalproblems, but also concerned about the development of positive mental characters of normal postgraduates. So it isa set of postgraduate mental health promotion models which is constructed by management, psychology, educationand other disciplines concepts.
