摘 要:为了顺应全球经济从"工业型经济"向"服务型经济"转型的总趋势,制造企业纷纷开展服务化转型。服务化已经成为制造企业提高产品竞争力、扩大利润空间的必要手段,但制造企业开展服务化的能力和水平均存在差异,找准适合的服务化模式至关重要。基于对服务化的多角度分析,以国内三家企业为例,通过实地访谈获取资料,对制造企业的服务化模式进行了探索性研究,发现了制造企业开展服务化存在的三种模式,分别是学习探索型模式、特色服务型模式以及全面服务型模式,并结合案例分析了这三种模式的特点、优缺点以及适用情境。Servitization strategy has become a necessary means for manufacturing firms to improve their competitiveness and expand their profit margins. However, there are differences in the ca- pability and servitization levels. It is very important for a firm to adopt an appropriate service model. Based on an analysis of servitization strategy, taking three firms as examples, this paper makes an exploratory study on the servitization model of manufacturing firms through field inter views, and finds out three models of their service style, respectively oriented by exploration, special and comprehensive services. Combined with the case study, we analyze the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the three models and their applicable situations.
