摘　　要：组织印记在企业的创立和发展过程中作用显著,然而其对创业企业绩效的影响机制尚不明确。本文通过对京东集团的案例研究,认为组织印记在动态变化过程中会对创业绩效产生影响。从组织印记的理论视角,提出了创业企业组织印记的"来源-蛹变-绩效"理论框架,其中组织印记来源于经济技术条件、制度因素和个体因素,组织印记蛹变包括印记持续、印记扩大、印记衰弱和印记转变四个阶段;发展了组织印记在印记蛹变过程中对创业绩效的影响模型,并揭示了印记蛹变不同阶段的实现机制。组织印记对企业创立和发展至关重要,企业应重视并使其发挥作用,从而推动企业在连续创业过程中实现可持续成长。Organizational imprinting plays an important role in the process of the establishment and development of enterprises. However, it＇s not clear about the influence mechanism of organi zational imprinting on the performance of entrepreneurial enterprises. Through the case study on JingDong Group, it is believed that the organizational imprinting has an impact on entrepreneurial performance in the process of its dynamic change. From the theoretical perspective of organiza tional imprinting, a theoretical framework of ＂source-metamorphosis-performance＂ for organizational imprinting of entrepreneurial enterprises is proposed. In this framework, the organizational imprinting comes from economic and technological conditions, institutional factors and individual factors, and the imprinting metamorphosis includes four stages of imprinting persistence, imprinting amplification, imprinting decay and imprinting transformation. We develop the impact model of organizational imprinting on entrepreneurial performance in the process of imprinting metamorphosis, and reveal the realization mechanism of different stages of imprinting metamorphosis. Organizational imprinting is essential for the creation and development of a company. En terprises should pay attention to organizational imprinting and make it work for achieving sustain- able development in the process of continuous entrepreneurship.
