摘 要:教育乱收费问题一直是掣肘教育发展的重要问题之一,特别是每年的开学季,频见报端的教育乱收费问题成为媒体的重要关注点。十年来,传统媒体教育乱收费舆情跟随政府政策的变动出现了相应的起伏,这种趋势也延伸到了以微博为代表的新媒体当中。与此同时,无论是在报道内容侧重点等主要问题上,还是在对乱收费所涉教育阶段等细微方面,传统媒体和新媒体舆情都出现了差异,并在此过程中形成相互补充的关系,共同推进着教育乱收费报道和监督工作的进展。然而,不容忽视的是,其中仍存在着跟进不到位、监督不全面和作用机制不完善等问题,有待媒体的进一步改进与提升。因此,积极培养舆论领袖并加强其作用、努力深化媒体的舆论监督作用并充分挖掘微博互动功能等应提上议事日程。Arbitrary educational charges, frequency appearing in press, has been one of the important problems of education development, which becomes the important locus of media, especially in the term beginning each year. Traditional media reports on arbitrary educational charges have followed government policy and have shown corresponding fluctuation. This trend has also continued to microblog, an representative of new media. However, there exists ditterences between traditional media and new media whether on major issues such as report locus or on subtle aspects such as education level. In this progress, traditional media and new media have fomled complementai7 relationship, jointly promoting the report and supervision work on arbitrary educational charges. However, there still exists several unignorable problems, such as the follow-up is not in place, the supervision is not comprehensive, the function mechanism is impertect and so on, which need to be further improved and promoted. Theretore, the function of opinion leaders should be strengthen, the media supervision on public opinion need to be deepen and the interactive role of microblog should be fully played.
