摘　　要：局部晚期宫颈癌是一组预后差、复发率高的妇科恶性肿瘤,手术治疗作为主要的治疗手段,易出现膀胱损伤及输尿管损伤等并发症。文章阐述了泌尿系统损伤包括膀胱损伤及输尿管损伤的处理方法及策略。Local advanced cervical cancer is a type of gynecological malignant tumors with poor prognosis and high recurrence rate.As the main treatment method,surgical treatment is likely to cause bladder injury and ureteral injury and other complications.The treatment methods and strategies of urinary system injury including bladder injury and ureteral injury were described in this paper.
