临床药物过敏试验指引手册在护生带教中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床药物过敏试验指引手册在护生带教中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年大专及本科护理实习生90人,采用随机对照的方法,分成实验组和对照组,实验组带教时应用了药物过敏试验手册,对照组未应用。比较两组在药物过敏试验理论知识、药物过敏试验液配制操作考核、药物过敏试验结果观察等方面考核方法,比较两组护生对药物试验的掌握程度。结果两组在药物过敏试验理论知识、药物过敏试验液配制操作考核、药物过敏试验结果观察比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01),试验组明显优于对照组。结论药物过敏试验手册的使用减轻了护生初到科室的茫然与紧张,可使学生将手册内容运用到日常实习工作中。有助于激发护生的学习兴趣,利于师生沟通交流,提高临床带教质量,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical drug allergy experiment guidancemanual application effect in the teaching of nursing students.Methods Slecting our hospital in 2017, 90 people, college graduate or undergraduate nursing intern using randomized controlled methods, divided into the experimental group and the control group, compared two groups of nursing students in drug allergy test theory knowledge, drug allergy test fluid preparation, drug allergy test resuhs of observation of examination method, comparing two groups of nursing students on drug test of master degree. Results Two groups of nursing students in theoretical knowledge, drug allergy drug allergy test test liquid dispensing operation assessment and drug allergy test results are observed and statistically significant difference（ P〈 0.01 ）, the treat- ment group was better than control group. Conclusion Clinical drug allergy experiment guidance manual inspires nursing students in the teaching of nursing students interest in learning, to facilitate the communication between teachers and students, improve the quality of clinical teaching, is worth promoting.
