摘 要:地方高校的转型发展催生了教学服务型大学。教学服务型大学既是高校的整体性办学定位,涉及理念、战略、制度和文化等,同时也是高等学校的一种办学类型。建设教学服务型大学顺乎高等教育发展潮流,与高等教育的供给侧改革高度契合。目前对教学服务型大学的理论研究还处于探索之中,实践建设也有待继续完善。今后可以在应用型示范院校建设和教学服务型大学建设两者之间寻找关联性,以便更好地推动教学服务型大学的有序发展。The transformation and development of local higher institutions gave birth to the teaching service-oriented universities. The teaching service-oriented university is not only the overall orientation of running a university involving ideas, strategies, systems and culture, but also a type of running a university. The construction of teaching service-oriented universities conforms to the development trend of higher education and is highly in line with the supply-side reform of higher education. At present, the theory of teaching service-oriented university is still under exploration, and its practice needs to be improved. In order to promote the orderly development of teaching service-oriented universities, we can look for the correlation between the construction of application-oriented demonstration higher institutions and the construction of teaching service-oriented universities in the future.
