摘 要:设计合成了一种新型的苯腙类衍生物A及其功能化普通试纸,并将其应用于环境污染物CN-可视性比色识别。对其结构表征和紫外可见光谱性能研究的结果表明:CN-存在下,探针A的紫外-可见光谱在703nm处出现新峰,伴有浅黄色到深蓝色颜色变化;光谱检测CN^-的检出限为1.8×10^(-6 )mol/L,试纸"裸眼"检出限为10^(-3) mol/。初步机理证明了A与CN^-之间作用本质是氢键,结合比为1∶1,结合常数为2.7×10~3 mol^(-1)/L。探针A是一种潜在的高灵敏度、高选择性的CN-比色传感器。In this work,a novel phenylhydrazone derivative A and its functionalized test-paper were designed and prepared,which were expected for visible and colorimetric detection of CN-in the environment.After its structure and UV-vis spectral property were characterized and investigated,it was noted to find that in the presence of CN-,there will emerge a new absorption peak at 703 nm,accompanying with the color change from light yellow to dark blue.Under the optimized conditions,probe A could sense CN-with a spectral detection limit of 1.8×10^-6 mol/L,and"naked eye"one of 10^-3 mol/L.The action mechanism of probe A to CN-was confirmed to form 1:1 complex by hydrogen bond interaction with a large binding constant of 2.7×10^3 mol^-1/L.The target probe A would be a promising sensor for CN-with high sensitivity and excellent selectivity in practice.
