反硝化聚磷菌的筛选及多样性分析

摘　　要：利用反硝化培养基分离得到24株菌株,通过好氧吸磷试验和硝酸盐还原产气试验,确定其为反硝化聚磷菌.16SrRNA基因测序和系统发育分析结果显示,24株反硝化聚磷菌可归于5个不同的属,分别是芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、丛毛单胞菌属(Comamonas)、普罗维登斯菌属(Providencia)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)和假苍白杆菌属(Pseudochrobactrum).A total of 24 bacteria strains were isolated using denitrifying medium. It was distinguished as denitrifying phosphate-accumulating organisms（DPAO） by the test of anaerobic phosphorus uptake and nitrate reduction. The phylogenetic analyses data of 16S rRNA gene sequencing suggested that the 24 strains belong to Bacillus , Comamonas , Providencia , Pseudomonas and Pseudochrobactrum .
