摘  要:为解决某型弹测设备使用过程中调平用时长的问题,设计一种基于监视与控制通用系统(monitorand control generated system,MCGS)的自动调平系统。采用基于MCGS生成的控制软件对该设备倾斜角度数据进行实时采集和处理,输出控制信号至液压系统实现自动调平功能,并选取具有代表性的3种状态进行模拟仿真试验。仿真结果表明:该系统调平用时少、精度高、操作简单、实用性强,能实现对弹测设备快速调平,提高工作效率。In order to solve the problem of long leveling time during the operation of certain missile test equipment, an automatic leveling system is designed based on monitor and control generated system (MCGS). Using the control software based on MCGS, the tilt-angle data of the equipment is collected and processed in real time, the control signal is output to the hydraulic system for automatic leveling function, and 3 representative states are selected for simulation test. Simulation results show that the system has advantages of less leveling time, high precision, simple equipment operation, and strong practicability. It can achieve rapid leveling of missile test equipment and improve work efficiency.
