摘  要:医学检验是一门涉及多个学科的临床应用性学科。笔者以目前医学检验专业从5年制转入4年制为切入点,通过分析多年在临床本科生教学工作中所遇到的问题,提出教学应以学为主、教为辅,探讨临床检验专业教学新模式。东莞东华医院检验科根据自身经验与教学理论和实践缺一不可发展的宗旨,主动变革,探索采用临床现场教学为主与各种教学方式并存的教学方案培养新一代医学检验专业检验人才。Laboratory medicine is a practical clinical discipline with multiple subjects. By analyzing the problems occurring in the teaching of clinical undergraduate students for many years, we begin with the current medical laboratory subject whose studying period is changed from 5 years to 4 years. Then, we proposed that self-learning should be given priority while teaching should be set in the secondary place so as to build a new teaching model of clinical laboratory medicine. According to our own experience and the aim of “simultaneously developing both theory knowledge and practice operation for students”, Dongguan Tunghua Hospital takes the initiative to reform and adopts a teaching approach that combines clinical teaching with various teaching methods for cultivating talents with excellent medical laboratory knowledge.
