摘　　要：阐述了当前我国住院医师规范化培训中临床技能训练模式的现状、两种临床技能训练模式各自的优势及局限性,并结合医院临床技能训练实践进行研究分析,认为二者相辅相成,训练中应结合两种模式,灵活选择,并及时通过客观结构化考试方式进行定期考核。This paper investigates the current situation of standardized training mode of clinical skills for residents, and the advantages and limitations of the two clinical skill training modes respectively. Based on the practice of clinical skill training in hospitals, this paper argues that the two modes are complementary to each other, and they should be combined in training and selected flexibly. The organizers should organize the assessment regularly through Objective Structured Clinical Examination （OSCE） in time.
