摘 要:学习动力不足是独立学院大学生普遍存在的一个现象。以集美大学诚毅学院在校生为例,大学生学习动力不足体现在学习动机、学习目标、学习兴趣、学习效能等方面。独立学院大学生学习动力不足的原因是多方面的,可通过引导大学生,树立终身学习的理念、提升专业认知、做好职业生涯规划教育、构建自主学习的评价机制、探索多层次的学习指导等路径,提升他们的学习动力。Lack of learning dynamics is universal among the students from independent colleges. For example, it was found in the study presented in the paper below that the students from Chengyi College of Jimei University showed a low level of learning motivation, learning goal, learning interest and learning efficacy, etc. Since various factors may contribute to the problem, methods like helping them to accept the idea of lifelong learning, improve their professional awareness, design their own career planning, establish an assessment system on autonomous learning and offer various levels of instruction can be employed to promote their learning dynamics.
