摘　　要：由于拥有丰富的高端人力资源、充裕的风投资本、多元的思想文化等,硅谷地区创新竞争力强劲,但也面临生活和商业成本高昂、基础设施建设滞后、社会治安恶化、科技人才流失、创新领域就业增速减缓等挑战。我国应借鉴相关经验,重视创新生态环境建设,并进行动态监测;加强部门间协调。The silicon valley region has strong innovation competitiveness due to abundant high-end human resource and venture capital, diversity of ideology and culture. However, it also faces challenges such as soaring living and business costs, lag of infrastructure construction, deterioration of public security, outfow of talents, and so forth. We should draw experience and lessons from silicon valley region, pay more attention on establishing innovation ecology and it’s dynamic monitoring, strengthening coordination among different government departments to make concerted efforts on establishing the innovation ecology..
