摘  要:研究了抛光工艺对导纱针硬铬镀层结构与性能的影响。采用超景深显微镜、能谱仪、硬度计、镀层附着力自动划痕仪对硬铬镀层的显微组织、相结构、硬度、结合强度进行了分析。结果表明:采用综合抛光工艺,导纱针硬铬镀层的硬度较高(为7 191 MPa),结合强度临界载荷达到6.28N。The effect of polishing technology on the microstructure and properties of hard chromium coatings on yarn guide needles was studied. The microstructure, phase structure, hardness and adhesive strength of hard chromium coatings were analyzed by ultra depth microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscope, hardness tester and automatic coating adhesion tester. Results showed that the hard chromium coating on yarn guide needles using integrated polishing technology has higher hardness of 7 191 MPa, and the adhesive strength, in terms of critical load, was G. 28 N.
