摘　　要：本文研究了混动车型VCU (整车控制器)硬件在环自动化测试系统的搭建,并以一条测试用例为例,详细介绍了自动化测试流程和HIL (硬件在环)测试在产品开发中的应用。实践结果表明,该系统符合开发测试的要求,为VCU的快速开发测试提供了一条有效途径。This article describes the research and application of VCU automatic testing system based on Hard ware-In-The-Loop （HIL） . A test ease is used as example to introduce the automatic testing process and HIL testing applications. The test results show that the system meets requirements of development and testing, which provides an efteetive way for VCU rapid development testing.
