摘  要:针对热连轧薄规格集装箱用钢轧制稳定性差的问题,通过提高轧机装配精度,优化精轧机各机架负荷分配,优化轧制速度控制,改进生产工艺控制,提高板形控制能力等方法,提高了轧制的稳定性。In the light of the problem of the poor stability in hot rolling steel with thin size for container steel by continuous hot rolling, the rolling stability was improved by taking such measures as improving the assembly precision for rolling mills, optimizing the load distribution for each stand to the finishing rolling unit, optimizing the control of rolling speed and improving the control of production process and optimizing the control ability for profiles of steel sheets.
