摘　　要：首先阐述了该校新时代培养创新人才5个重要理念与导向,接着介绍了培养创新人才4个方面的具体方案以及实验教学对培养人才的独特作用。进一步论述了实验室在创建"双一流"中的作用与地位,结合学校实际讨论了如何加强实验室建设、队伍建设、文化建设。The interviewee expounded five important ideas and guidance of university cultivating innovative talents in the new era firstly, and then introduced four specific schemes of cultivating innovative talents, as well as the unique effect of experimental teaching on cultivating talents. At last, the paper discussed how to strengthen the construction of laboratory, including the construction of team and the construction of laboratory culture.
