摘 要:为了更好地研究甘蔗收获机的功率消耗,利用ADAMS软件针对甘蔗收获机关键部件—物流排杂装置进行了虚拟试验和验证试验,该装置主要由喂入、上输送、下前输送、剥叶和下后输送滚筒等组成。在最佳参数组合下以扭矩为试验指标,分别进行了喂入、输送、剥叶、风机外圈和杂质分离等滚筒转速的单因素试验,虚拟试验结果表明,各对滚筒的扭矩分别为127. 51 N·m、103. 61 N·m,根据虚拟试验结果进行了验证试验,验证试验结果表明,剥叶滚筒转速为1 300 r/min时,扭矩为14 N·m。其余滚筒转速为100 r/min时,喂入滚筒扭矩为9 N·m,上输送滚筒扭矩为9 N·m;下前输送滚筒扭矩为13 N·m;下后输送滚筒扭矩为65 N·m。在各部件中,剥叶滚筒所受的扭矩最大,与虚拟试验结果一致。In order to study power consumption of the sugarcane harvester, based on ADAMS, virtual test and verification test for the key components of sugarcane harvester logistics discharging device have been designed. The device was mainly composed of a feeding roller, a upper conveying roller, a lower forward conveying roller, a stripping roller, a back and rear conveyer roller etc. According to the best parameter combination, torque was used as a test index, the single factor tests were completed by feeding roller speed, conveying roller speed, stripping roller speed and fan outer roller speed, impurity separation roller speed. Virtual test results showed that the torque of the upper and lower stripping rollers are 127.51 N·m and 103.61 N·m. Which of the power consumption is the largest. The verification test was carried out according to the virtual test results, the testing results showed that when the stripping roller speed is 1300r/min, the torque is 14 N·M. When the other roller speed is 100 r/min, the torque of feeding roller is 9 N·m, the torque of upper conveying roller is 9 N·m, the torque of lower forward conveying roller is 13 N·m, and the torque of back and rear conveyer roller is 65 N·m. Among the key components, the torque of the stripping roller is the largest, this result is in accordance with the virtual test results.
