摘　　要：目的探讨结直肠癌肝转移患者应用奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙治疗的临床疗效及患者TESS评分影响。方法选取2017年1月～2018年1月本院收治的结直肠癌肝转移患者100例,随机分为两组,对照组应用氟尿嘧啶治疗患者,研究组应用奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙法治疗患者。采用副反应量表(TESS)评分标准分析患者药物治疗安全性,并观察患者治疗后的临床疗效与不良反应发生率。结果研究组患者治疗后效果临床疗效优于对照组(P <0.05),研究组TESS评分与不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙治疗结直肠癌肝转移患者效果理想且具有较低的不良反应发生率,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oxaliplatin combined with calcium leueovorin in patients with liver metastases from colorectal cancer and the effect of TESS score on patients. Methods One hundred patients with liver metastasis of colorectal cancer admitted by our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Fluorouracil was used to treat the patients in the control group.The team used oxaliplatin combined with folic acid calcium to treat patients.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed after treatment. Results The clinical effect of the patients in the study group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）.The TESS score and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Oxaliplatin combined with folic acid calcium in the treatment of hepatic metastasis of colorectal cancer is effective and has a low incidence of adverse reactions.
