摘  要:以丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、KH570改性凹凸棒土为原料,采用反相乳液聚合法,制备了改性凹土/聚丙烯酸复合增稠剂。研究了引发剂用量、交联剂用量、丙烯酰胺用量、改性凹土用量、反应液pH和反应温度对增稠剂黏度的影响。所制得的增稠剂耐电解质性能,印花织物的得色量、渗透性、脱糊率均优于市售增稠剂。Modified palygorskite/polyacrylic acid composited thickener was prepared using acrylic acid, acrylamide and palygorskite clay modified by KH570 as material by inverse emulsion polymerization. The effects of the dosage of initiator, crosslinker, acrylamide and modified palygorskite clay, pH of reaction liquid and reaction temperature on the viscosity of the composited thickeners were discussed. Compared with commercially available thickener, the composited thickener showed that the prepared thickener was superior to the commercially available thickener in electrolyte resistance, color yield, permeability and peeling rate of printed fabric.
