摘　　要：目的:采用多指标综合评分与Box-Behnken响应面法,优选心痛宁胶囊的醇提工艺。方法:以阿魏酸含量、总黄酮含量、总厚朴酚含量和浸膏得率的综合评分为指标,在单因素试验结果的基础上,运用Box-Behnken响应面法对影响醇提工艺的提取次数、时间、加醇浓度、加醇倍量进行考察研究,从而得到最优的醇提工艺。结果:最佳醇提工艺为加10倍量60%的乙醇,回流提取2次,每次提取1 h。结论:优选后的工艺方便、稳定、可行,可为该课题后续研究的开展提供参考。Objective： Through the nmlti-index comprehensive evaluation method combined with the Box-Behnken response surface method to optimizing the alcohol extraction process of Xin Tong Ning capsule. Methods ： The contents of feru- lie acid flavonoids and honokiol, and extract yield were used as index, based on the results of single factor experiment, Box- Behnken response surface method was applied to optimize the ethanolie extraction process considering the extraction frequency, time, ethanol concentration. Results： The optimal parameters for ethanol extraction process were 10 times the amount of 60% ethanol, reflux extraction 2 times, each time lb. Conclusion： The optimized extraetiong process is convenient, stable and feasible, can provide theoretical basis for the further study.
