摘 要:武警院校任职教育应加大运用情景模拟教学法。开展情景模拟教学,总体要经前期准备、课堂实施、考核总结三个阶段,主要环节有设计模拟情景、指导学员准备、进行理论辅导、开展模拟演练、做好现场点评等。改进情景模拟教学,关键要增强情景设计的实战性,提高理论辅导的针对性,提升教员点评的专业性,增强学员学习的主体性。PAP academies should put more practice to situational simulation teaching method in military professional education. Situational simulation teaching should be carried out in three stages, including pre- preparation, classroom implementation and post-assessment . The main components are to design simulated situation, guide students for preparation, car- ry out theoretical explanation,and carry out on-site review. To improve situational simula- tion teaching, the key is to to enhance practicality of simulated situation, improve pertinence of theoretical explanation, improve professionalism of teachers" comments, and enhance sub- jectivity of students" learning.
