摘 要:随着互联网技术的飞速发展,通过网络购车、对汽车保养美容及办理保险理赔的需求量日益上升。但大多数车主对维护保养、保险理赔等知识相对匮乏,仍主要依托于专业、规范的汽车服务机构。在"互联网+"大环境推动下,如何将云计算、物联网、大数据为代表的新一代信息技术与汽车服务业有效地融合,进一步促进国民经济提质增效升级、服务人民大众是当前研究的首要任务。With the rapid development of Internet technology, the demand for online car purchase, car care and beauty and insurance claims is into'easing. However, most car owners are relatively lacking in knowledge of maintenance and insurance claims, and still rely mainly on professional and standardized car service organizations. Under the promotion of the "Internet+" environment, how to effectively integrate the next-generation information technology represented by cloud computing, Interact of Things and big data with the automotive service industry, and further promote the national economy to improve quality and efficiency, and serve the people is the primary task of research.
