摘  要:针对某汽车前隔板冲压成形过程中易出现拉裂、起皱和成形不足等缺陷,基于有限元模拟分析结果,构建局部拉裂评价函数、局部起皱评价函数和整体安全评价函数3个目标函数,对前隔板成形过程中的缺陷进行量化评价。以分段式拉延筋阻力系数和压边力作为多目标优化的影响因素,采用中心复合试验方法设计试验方案,并建立了影响因素与目标函数之间的多目标优化模型。通过对多目标优化模型的求解得到最优化的参数组合,分段式拉延筋的阻力系数分别为0. 4,0. 4和0. 35,压边力为130 k N,然后以优化后的工艺参数在工厂进行实际试模验证,获得了冲压成形质量良好的前隔板零件。For the defects of crack,wrinkle and insufficient forming during the forming process of automobile front partition,based on the results of finite element simulation,three objective functions,namely local tensile fracture evaluation function,local wrinkle evaluation function and overall safety evaluation function,were constructed,and the defects in the forming process of the front partition were evaluated quantitatively. Then,the resistance coefficient of segmented drawbeads and the blank holder force were taken as the influencing factors in the multi-objective optimization,the test scheme was designed by the central composite test method,and the multi-objective optimization model between the influencing factors and the objective function was established. Furthermore,the optimized parameters were obtained with x1= 0. 4,x2= 0. 4,x3= 0. 35 and x4= 130 k N,and the verified tests were conducted at the factory with the optimized process parameters to obtain the good quality front partition parts.
