摘  要:以汽车地板加强板为研究对象,分析了其成形性,并利用有限元分析软件AUTOFORM对该工艺的成形过程进行数值模拟。通过调节工艺参数,发现其对成形结果存在影响,并可以预测板料成形过程中可能存在的起皱、拉裂和成形不足等缺陷。通过将坯料形状由矩形调整为随形,减少了进料阻力,使流料均匀,成形性能显著提高;在500~1100 k N范围内调整压边力,使可靠成形区域达到了88. 26%,符合零件成形要求。最后通过实冲试验,测量所得零件,证明仿真结果的准确性。零件已批量生产,大大节省了试模成本和时间。For the floor reinforcing plate for automobile,its formability was analyzed,and the drawing process was simulated by the finite element analysis software AUTOFORM. By adjusting process parameters,it is found that it has an effect on the forming results,and the defects such as wrinkling,cracking and insufficient forming existed in the sheet metal forming process can be predicted. By adjusting the shape of blank from rectangle to shape floow-up,the feeding resistance is reduced,and the flow material is even to improve the formability significantly. When the blank holder force is adjusted within the range of 500 to 1100 k N,a reliable forming area is up to 88. 26% to meet the forming requirements of parts. Finally,through the real stamping test,the obtained parts were measured to verify the accuracy of the simulation results,and a large number of parts were produced to save the cost and time of the test.
