摘 要:作为核燃料重要组件之一,条带刚凸结构对核燃料组件中燃料棒的定位夹持起着重要作用,而刚凸形状结构的变化影响其刚度值,从而影响燃料棒的夹持稳定性能,因此,保证合理的刚凸结构对提高燃料棒的定位夹持以及运输过程的稳定性具有重要的意义。条带刚凸是冲压件,而其形状结构参数对刚凸的刚度有着重要的影响。分析了刚凸形状结构参数对其刚度的影响,为增强其刚度,结合响应面法和多岛遗传算法对条带刚凸的结构形状尺寸参数进行了优化。优化结果表明,优化后的刚凸结构在相同工况下的最大变形量减小了0. 0123 mm,其刚凸刚度值提高了约42%。As one of the important components of nuclear fuel,the structure of strip rigid protrusion plays an important role in the positioning and clamping of fuel rod in the nuclear fuel assembly,and the shape structure changes of rigid protrusion affect the stiffness value and the clamping stability of the fuel rod. Therefore,ensuring reasonable rigid protrusion structure is important to improve the positioning and clamping of the fuel rod and the stability of the transportation process. However,the strip rigid protrusion is a stamped part,and its shape and structure parameters has an important influence on the stiffness of rigid protrusion. Therefore,the influences of the shape and structure parameters on the stiffness of rigid protrusion were analyzed,and the shape and structure parameters of the strip rigid protrusion were optimized by the response surface method and multi-island genetic algorithm. The optimization results show that the maximum deformation of optimized rigid protrusion structure under the same working conditions is reduced by 0. 0123 mm,and the stiffness of the rigid protrusion is increased by about 42%.
