摘　　要：研究生教育从单学科模式向学科交叉模式转变是当前研究生培养的主要趋势。本文论述了在急诊医学研究生创新能力培养过程中,应用学科交叉模式的必要性。同时,从研究生招生、课程教学、导师组设立和项目研究4个环节探讨应用学科交叉模式的方法,分享了实施成效及不足,为急诊医学高层次人才的培养提供经验。Nowadays,interdisciplinary mode is getting more and more attention in postgraduate education.This paper introduces the necessity of applying interdisciplinary mode in postgraduate education of emergency medicine.Additionally,in a framework of four dimensions,including postgraduate enrollment system,curriculum,supervisor groups and research projects,the methods of applying interdisciplinary mode are also described.The purpose of this paper is to provide experience for cultivating the qualified emergency medical talents.
