高校图书馆助推文化自信战略实现路径分析

摘　　要：文化自信是国家和民族的灵魂,关系到中华民族的伟大复兴。推动文化自信的发展是一项长期的系统工程。高校图书馆作为知识和资源的汇聚地,有责任、有义务通过加强自身管理和服务创新主动承担这一历史使命。本文提出了高校图书馆应立足高校通识教育,从宏观、微观两个层面,5种实现路径开展促进文化自信的探索和实践,通过加强和改善自身管理,加强与学院以及学校其他部门的联系,创新合作方式,扩大合作范围,加强留学生中国文化普及教育等服务,推动文化自信深入开展。Cultural confidence is the soul of a country and a nation, relates to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Promo- ting the development of cultural confidence is a long-term systematic project. As a gathering place of knowledge and resources, the university library has the obligation to take the initiative to undertake this historical mission by strengthening its own management and service innovation. This study suggests that the university library should be established in general education, promote exploration and practice of cultural confidence from five ways in micro and macro levels, by strengthening and improving its own management, strengthening ties with other universities and other departments, innovating cooperation methods, expanding cooperation scope, strengthening service of Chinese culture popularization and education for foreign students, and promoting to carry out cultural confi- dence in depth.
