摘　　要：人才培养质量是高职院校的核心任务。围绕人才培养质量开展好全方位全过程的质量建设是当前高职院校走内涵式发展道路的重点任务。本文从笔者所在的高职院校实际情况入手,分析了质量建设的现状,提出了质量建设存在的问题,并结合当前内部质量保证体系诊断与改进工作思路,提出了质量建设的对策,以期为高职院校质量建设提供一些借鉴。The quality of personnel training is the core task of higher vocational colleges. Focusing on the quality of personnel training to carry out a full range of quality construction throughout the entire process is the key task for higher vocational colleges to take the path of connotative development. From the actual situation of the higher vocational college where the author is,analyze the current situation of quality construction, put forward the problems in the quality construction, and put forward the countermeasures for quality construction in conjunction with the current internal quality assurance system diagnosis and improvement work ideas,to provide some reference for quality construction in higher vocational colleges.
