补阳还五汤化裁联合甘露聚糖肽注射液对肺癌脑转移瘤患者放疗减毒增效作用

摘　　要：目的观察在肺癌脑转移瘤患者放疗治疗中,应用补阳还五汤化裁联合甘露聚糖肽注射液对放疗的减毒增效作用。方法选取2014年6月至2017年11月收治的肺癌脑转移瘤患者82例作为研究对象,将其随机均分成治疗组(n=41)和对照组(n=41)。两组均给予放疗,在此基础上对照组应用甘露聚糖肽注射液,治疗组给予甘露聚糖肽注射液联合补阳还五汤化裁治疗。治疗前、治疗1个月后,比较两组中医证候积分、健康状况KPS评分;应用免疫荧光法测定两组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+等T淋巴细胞亚群水平并比较;比较两组白细胞与红细胞骨髓抑制反应发生率。结果治疗组总有效率为80. 49%,高于对照组的58. 54%(P <0. 05);治疗后两组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P均<0. 01),且治疗组低于对照组(P <0. 01);治疗后两组KPS评分均较治疗前增高(P <0. 01),且治疗组高于对照组(P <0. 01);治疗后两组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均较治疗前增高,且治疗组高于对照组(P <0. 05),CD8^+水平均较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P <0. 05,P <0. 01);治疗组白细胞及红细胞骨髓抑制发生率均低于对照组(P均<0. 05)。结论肺癌脑转移瘤患者放疗中联合补阳还五汤化裁与甘露聚糖肽注射液,可起到一定程度的减毒增效作用,同时能够提高患者免疫功能,改善其健康状况。Objective To observe the toxicity-reducing and synergistic effects of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with mannatide injection in the treatment of patients with brain metastases of lung cancer. Methods A total of82 patients with brain metastases of lung cancer treated from June 2014 to November 2017 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group（n = 41,each）. Based on the radiotherapy performed in two groups,mannatide injection was given in control group,modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with mannatide injection was given in treatment group. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（80. 49% vs 58. 54%,P〈0. 05）. After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndrome score was lower than that before treatment in two groups and was lower in treatment group than that in control group（all P〈0. 01）;scores of Karnofsky performance scale（KPS） were higher than those before treatment in two groups（P〈0. 01） and were higher in treatment group than those in control group（all P〈0. 01）;levels of CD3^＋,CD4^＋and CD4^＋/CD8^＋were significantly higher than those before treatment and CD8^＋level was statistically lower than that before treatment in two groups（all P〈0. 05）,and there was a difference between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）; the incidence rates of leukocyte and erythrocyte myelosuppression in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group（all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combined application of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction and mannatide injection can reduce toxicity and increase efficiency to a certain extent in the radiotherapy of patients with brain metastases of lung cancer,meanwhile,it can increase the immunologic function and improve the health status of patients.
