摘　　要：Objective To explore the relationship between antiepileptic drugs(AED)and hormones of male epilep-tics.Methods:Comparison of 13 male epileptics before and after taking AED.Radioimmunoassay was taken totest total testosterone(TT),follicli-stimulation hormone(FSH),luteinising hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL),percentage of free testosterone(FT%),free testosterone(FTpmol/1),sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG).Result:After the treatment,TT,FT(pmol/1 were increased significantly,PRL was decreased definitely.LH、FSH、FT%、SHBG were of no significant differences.Conclusion:AED had some effects on the hormones of thepatients and epilepsy had no direct relationship with the sex hormones of the patients.Objective To explore the relationship between antiepileptic drugs(AED)and hormones of male epilep- tics.Methods:Comparison of 13 male epileptics before and after taking AED.Radioimmunoassay was taken to test total testosterone(TT),follicli-stimulation hormone(FSH),luteinising hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL), percentage of free testosterone(FT%),free testosterone(FTpmol/1),sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG).
