摘 要:研究发现沙利度胺因具有抑制血管生成、调节免疫等作用从而产生抗肿瘤活性,在靶向治疗耐药的非小细胞肺癌、去势抵抗性前列腺癌、结直肠癌、晚期肝癌及晚期胃癌的治疗中显示出一定的疗效。临床研究也发现其在改善肿瘤恶病质及化疗相关性恶心、呕吐等方面具有一定的应用价值。Studies have found that thalidomide has anti-tumor activity due to its inhibitory effect on angiogenesis and immunomodulation, which has been effectively used in targeted therapy resistant non-small cell lung cancer, castration-resistant prostate cancer, colorectal cancer, advanced hepatoearcinoma and advanced gastric cancer. Many clinical studies have also found that it has certain practical value in the aspects of improvement of cancer cachexia and chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.
