摘  要:探讨了沥青乳化剂种类及用量、增稠剂种类及用量对乳化沥青防水涂料表面结皮速率的影响,结果表明:乳化剂用量越多,防水涂料表面结皮越慢,为获得更好的机械搅拌稳定性及施工操作性应尽量选择慢裂型乳化剂;纤维素类、碱溶胀类增稠剂不易使防水涂料表面产生结皮,而聚氨酯类增稠剂则易于使防水涂料表面产生结皮,且增稠剂用量越大,防水涂料表面结皮越快。The article discusses the influences of types and dosages of asphalt emulsifier and thickener on the skin forming speed of emulsified asphalt waterproofing coating. Results show the more emulsifier is used, the slower forming of skin on surface of waterproofing coating takes place, and it is better to choose slow-cracking emulsifier to get better mechanical agitation stability and construction operability; thickeners of cellulose and alkali swelling types will make the waterproofing coating difficult to form skin on its surface, while polyurethane-type will be easy for skin forming, and the more thickener used, the faster the skin formed.
