基于以人为本理念下的高校思政教育

摘　　要：近些年来,在国家教育机制不断创新与改革的背景下,各大高校的教育机制和教育手段也在不断地改革与创新。在对高校大学生进行思想政治教育时不仅仅是要培养高校大学生们的各种能力,也要对大学生们的思想进行正确地引导和教育,并在以人为本的教育理念下开展各类思想政治教育工作。本文主要对以人为本教育理念下的高校思想政治教育进行研究分析,旨在提出有效的思政教育措施来提升学生们的思想政治素质和水平。In recent years,under the background of the continuous innovation and reform of the nationaleducational mechanism,the educational mechanism and means of colleges and universities are constantly being reformedand innovated.In the ideological and political education of College students,we should not only cultivate their variousabilities,but also guide and educate them correctly,and carry out all kinds of Ideological and Political Education underthe people-oriented education concept.This paper mainly studies and analyzes the ideological and political education inColleges and Universities under the concept of people-oriented education,aiming to propose effective ideological andpolitical education measures to improve the ideological and political quality and level of students.
