摘 要:为了探究不同干热处理对不同油菜籽发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数及活力指数的影响。通过在不同时间,用不同温度处理洛扎黄籽油菜、藏油3号、沙湾黄籽油菜、白德乡褐籽油菜的种子。结果表明:(1)不同干热处理对不同品种类型油菜种子的影响达到显著或极显著水平;(2)处理温度与处理时间存在交互作用;(3)不同品种类型油菜有最佳处理时间与温度,3份白菜型油菜中洛扎油菜最佳处理时间温度分别为45℃(2h)、55℃(12h),发芽率分别达到99.33%和100%;藏油3号、白德乡油菜最佳处理时间温度均分别为50℃(10h)、55℃(8h),发芽率分别达到99.33%、98.00%和100%;芥菜型油菜沙湾油菜最佳处理时间在6~12h范围之间,最佳处理温度为60℃,发芽率均达到98.67%。In order to explore different dry heat treatment on different rapeseed germination potential, germination rate, germination index and vigor index, different temperatures were used to treat the seeds of Lhozhag yellow-seeded rape, Tibet oil 3, Shawan yellow-seeded rapeseed and Baide township yellow-seeded rapeseed at different time. The results showed that the effects of different rape seeds were extremely different by differention dry heat treatments, and there was interaction between treatment temperature and treatment time, and different types of species rape had the best processing time and temperature.The best processing time and temperature of Luoza yellow seed among three rapeseeds(Brassica oleracea) in cultivars were 45℃(2 h) and 55℃(12 h) respectively, and the germination rate reached 99.33% and 100% respectively. The optimal treatment time of Tibet oil No.3 and Baide township rape was 50℃(10 h) and 55℃(8 h) respectively, and the germination rate reached 99.33%, 98.00% and 100% respectively. The best processing time for Shawan rape of Brassica juncea was in the range of 6~12 h, the best processing temperature was 60℃, and germination rate reached 98.67%.
