摘  要:本研究以不同培养料栽培的黑木耳为研究对象,对其感官和常规营养成分指标进行分析。结果表明:在感官评定指标上,两种黑木耳之间的指标差异达到显著水平,而对于其他指标,两者之间几乎没有差异。说明采用紫穗槐枝条黑木耳栽培的培养料,会对黑木耳质量产生一定影响。Indices of sensory evaluation and routine nutrient composition were analyzed between Amorpha heimuer cultivated with the different culture materials in the study. The results showed that there were significant differences in the indices of sensory evaluation, but there were almost no differences for the other indices between the two treatments. So the culture materials of Amorpha fruticosa would have a certain effect on the quality of Auricularia heimuer.
