磁共振成像联合多层螺旋CT在宫颈癌术前分期中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究磁共振成像(MRI)联合多层螺旋CT在宫颈癌术前分期中的应用价值。方法选择我院自2016年3月至2017年11月收治的132例宫颈癌手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为3组,各44例。A组采用多层螺旋CT检查,B组使用MRI检查,C组则利用多层螺旋CT联合MRI检查,分析3种检查方法的影像学结果,比较三者诊断价值。结果 CT联合MRI诊断符合率高于CT及MRI任何一种单独检查的符合率(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈癌术前分期中联合使用多层螺旋CT和MRI诊断全面,准确率高,较单一使用多层螺旋CT或MRI效果更优,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the value of MRI combined with multi-slice spiral CT in preoperative staging of cervical cancer. Methods From March 2016 to November 2017, 132 patients suffered cervical cancer were ran- domly divided into multi-slice CT examination group （group A, n=44）, MRI examination group （group B, n=44）, MRI combined with multi-slice spiral CT examination group （group C, n=44）, then compare and analyze the imaging results of the three methods and the diagnostic value of the three examinations. Results The coincidence rate of CT com- bined MRI diagnosis was significantly higher than that of single multi-slice spiral CT or MRI （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The diagnosis of multi-slice spiral CT and MRI diagnosis is comprehensive and accurate in the preoperative staging of cervical cancer. It is better than single multi-slice spiral CT or MRI, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
