摘　　要：目的探究64排螺旋CT血管成像技术(CTA)在头颈部血管病变诊断中的应用价值。方法将126例临床怀疑头颈部血管疾病患者行64层螺旋CT血管成像,将扫描数据传入随机工作站,采用高级血管成像功能(AVA)、容积再现(VRT)、最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)技术来显示血管,并与患者的数字减影血管造影(DSA)资料进行比较,来评价64层螺旋CT血管成像技术在头颈部血管病变诊断中的应用价值。结果所有患者头颈部血管显影良好,诊断符合率达98%。其中CTA显示血管正常无病变者28例;98例有血管病变。其中脑动脉瘤12例;动静脉畸形8例,血管狭窄性疾病73例共103段;鼻咽纤维血管瘤2例;血管起点变异3例。结论 CTA对头颈部血管性疾病的诊断具有操作简单、无创、安全、快速等优点,可替代DSA成为头颈部血管性疾病的筛查及术后复查首选的检查方法。Objective To explore the appiJcatJon value of 64 - slice spiral CT angJography in the diagnosis of cranial-cervical vascular lesions. Methods To investigate the vessel images by 64-slice spiral CT angJography of 126 patients, who were suspected to be with head and neck vascular disease. Then transfer the scan data to a random workstation and use different technologies, such as AVA, VRT, and MIP, to show blood vessels of all patients, and compare these with DSA data. By this way, the application value of CTA in the diagnosis of head and neck vascular lesions was estimated. Results All the vessel images of those patients were all right, and the diagnostic accordance rate was 98%. And the CTA showed that there were 28 patients who had no lesion in blood vessels, and 98 patients who had lesions in blood vessels, including cerebral aneu^sm in 12 cases, arteriovenous malformations in 8 cases, vascular stenosis in 73 cases with 103 segments, nasopha^ngeal angioflexoma in 2 cases and vascular starting point variation in 3 cases. Conclusion CTA is simple to operate, non-invasive, safe and quick to diagnose the head and neck vascular disease. It can replace DSA to be the first choice as inspection method for cranial-cervical vascular le- sions screening and postoperative review.
