摘  要:校企协同培养是国内外高层次应用型人才培养的主流模式,在我国尚处于探索深化阶段,总体上企业参与协同培养的内生驱动力不足。研究生工作站是当前我国专业学位研究生校企协同培养的重要形式,通过对部分研究生工作站参与协同培养驱动力的调查和分析,从核心利益相关者的协同机制视角提出了转变观念、推进法制、明确目标、完善机制、构建体系、示范引领等途径,来提高企业参与协同培养的积极性,构建企业参与协同培养的内生驱动力,从而提高专业学位研究生校企协同培养的质量。School enterprise collaborative training is the mainstream mode of training high level applied talents atthe whole world,and is still in the stage of exploration and deepening in China.On the whole,the internal driving forceof the enterprise is insufficient.Postgraduate workstation is an important form of cooperative training for the graduatestudents of professional degree in China.Through the investigation and analysis of some graduate workstations,the articlefrom the perspective of the coordination mechanism of the core stakeholders,puts forward the idea of changing theconcept,promoting the legal system,the clear goal,the good mechanism,the construction system,the demonstrationleading and so on.Ways to improve the enthusiasm of enterprises,and to build an endogenous driving force forenterprises to participate in collaborative training,so as to improve the quality of postgraduate training.
