摘　　要：电磁频谱管理是未来信息化联合作战战争形态的必然要求。本文通过对电磁频谱管理部队使命任务和电磁频谱技术与管理专业人才培养现状进行梳理,分析了目前该专业人才培养存在的问题,进而提出紧扣岗位需求,从制定科学的人才培养目标,构筑学生的能力素质模型,建立系统的频管专业人才培养体系,革新频管领域教育理念等四个方面入手进行电磁频谱技术与管理人才培养体系建设。Electromagnetic spectrum management is the necessary requirement of information joint operationwhich is the main form of future warfare.In this paper,we summarize the missions and tasks of spectrum managementforce,and then analyze the existing problems of talent training for the major ＂Electromagnetic Spectrum Technology andManagement＂.While establishing talent training system for this major,position requirements should be consideredemphatically and efforts should be made in the following aspects：setting scientific goals for talent training,buildingstudents＇ competency model,constructing systematical talent training system,and innovating education concept in thefield of spectrum management.
