摘  要:积极响应国家创新人才培养导向,探索基于成果导向的产学研创新人才培养模式。提出以"动物来源药用蛋白/多肽资源开发与利用"为核心,提出相互联系并互相支撑的从专业基础、技能培养到创新项目的纵向驱动模式,综合课堂、重点实验室研发平台、企业实践环境为一体,实现从理论到实践的无缝融合。基于案例驱动和问题导向的教学方法,力求将教学从"知识导向型"和以"教师为主"的灌输模式向"成果导向型"和"以学生为主体"探索式主动学习方式转变。In order to respond to the guidance of national innovative talents training,a result oriented training modeof innovative talents was explored.The development and utilization of medicinal protein/peptide resources fromanimalswas proposed as the core.A vertical interrelated and supporting driving mode from professional foundation,skilltraining to innovation projects was suggested.Classroom,key laboratory R&D platform and enterprise practiceenvironment were integrated to achieve seamless integration from theory to practice.Based on case driven and problemoriented teaching methods,teaching was strived to transform from "knowledge oriented" and "teacher oriented" styles to"achievement oriented" and "students as the main body" styles.
