摘 要:水铁联运作为多式联运的一种重要形式,已经在我国长途货物运输与大宗散货运输中占有了一定的市场,但在我国的建设过程中依旧存在较多的制约因素,导致水铁联运始终没有成体系的发展。本文从水铁联运体系中的设施布局、作业组织模式及组织衔接模式三个子体系入手,对水铁联运子体系中的布局及模式进行优化,并提出了基于集装箱运输的水铁联运体系构建的全方位方案和合理的改善建议。The rail-water combined transportation occupies a certain market of long-distance freight transportation and bulk cargo transportation. But at the same time, there are still many restricts on the construction of rail-water combined transportation in our country. This paper starts with the three sub-systems of facility layout, operation organization mode and organization connection mode in rail-water combined transportation logistics system. The optimization of the layout and mode of the rail-water combined transportation logistics system is put forward to give a comprehensive plan and reasonable suggestions for the construction of rail-water combined transportation logistics system based on the container transportation.
