摘 要:针对传统经济型数控系统中插补类型较少的问题,采用差分插补原理设计了圆锥曲线插补数控系统,并对该数控系统进行了软硬件的总体规划。在VC++6. 0环境下,采用差分插补原理和多线程技术进行数控系统的开发,差分插补原理的应用保证了数控系统圆锥曲线插补以及空间直线插补的实现。设计了以PCI-1750数据采集卡为核心的控制系统硬件接口电路,实现了步进电机与无刷直流电机的控制。实验表明,以差分插补原理为核心的圆锥曲线数控系统能够实现圆锥曲线的直接插补,提高了经济型数控系统的插补性能。Aiming at the problem of less interpolation types in the traditional economical numerical control system, a conic interpolation numerical control system was designed based on the differential interpoolation principle, and the overall planning of the hardware and software of the numerical control sys- tem design scheme was carried out. In the environment of VC ++ 6. 0, the principle of differential inter- polation and muhithreading technology are adopted to develop the CNC system. The application of differential interpolation principle ensures the realization of the interpolation of the CNC system and the interpolation of the space. At the same time, the hardware interface circuit of the control system with PCI- 1750 data acquisition card is designed, and the control of stepping motor and brushless DC motor is real- ized. The experiment shows that the NC system with the differential interpolation principle can realize the direct interpolation of the conic curve and improve the interpolation performance of the economic NC system.
