摘 要:研究生培养是为国家现代化建设培养高层次、高素质、创造性人才。提升硕士研究生的数据素养,既是适应国家战略发展的需要,又是提升硕士研究生科研创新能力的核心要素。大数据时代不仅革新了传统数据素养的培养模式,还营造了数据素养能力培育新生态。当前,我国信息技术与研究生教育的融合发展尚处于初步应用整合阶段,推进信息技术与当代硕士研究生数据素养养成,应建立全面的数据素养保障体系,注重培养学生的数据素养意识、数据采集能力、数据分析能力和数据监护能力,全面提升硕士研究生的数据素养。Postgraduate education is to train high-level, high quality, and creative talents for the country’s modernization. Improving the data literacy of graduate students is not only the need to adapt to the development of the national strategy, but also the core element to enhance the ability of the graduate students in research and innovation. The era of big data has not only revolutionized the training model of traditional data literacy, but also created a new ecosystem of data literacy. At present, the integration of information technology and postgraduate education in China is still in the stage of initial application and integration. To promote the data literacy of information technology for contemporary postgraduate students, a comprehensive data literacy guarantee system should be established, focusing on cultivating students’ data literacy awareness and their ability in data collection, data analysis and data monitoring.
