“两会制”模式在大学班干部管理中的应用

摘　　要：本文介绍了班主任工作中"两会制"概念及工作流程和方法,分析了这一制度对班主任管理班级工作的有交效性。认为"两会制"的实施可以有效地管理好班干部,保证班内各项工作的顺利开展,全面掌握班内同学的学习生活状态,做到及时发现及时处理;而且对锻炼和提高学生干部的工作能力也大有益处,使得学生干部有事做、会做事并想做事,增加了班干部的工作的自觉性和责任心,同时也树立了学生干部在学生中的威望。更重要的是其本质是让班干部在班主任的领导下相对独立完成工作,培训学生自主自强、自我约束、自我管理的能力。This paper introduces the film,workflow and method of the two sessions in the work of the head teacher,this period guest system,to head teacher management,the effectiveness of class work.The ＂two sessions＂ can managegood class cadre effectively,assure the smooth development that handles each job.Master the students in the class to learnthe life state,so that timely discovery,timely processing.And to exercise and improve the working ability of student cadreis also very beneficial.Make student cadre has a thing to do,can do things,influence to do things,increased theconsciousness of the job of class cadre,and sense of responsibility,also established student cadre in student prestige.Peopleare important,the basic formal work,cadres in the head teacher＇s leadership,relatively independent work,training studentsself-improvement,self-restraint,self-management capacity.
