多校区高校学生事务管理供给侧改革研究

摘　　要：随着高等教育规模的扩张,一校多区成为众多高校的管理现状。而高校作为学生事务管理的供给方应结合学生需求、机构设置、资源配置三大要素来分析多校区背景对学生事务管理产生的影响,剖析当前管理中存在的问题,立足问题推动多校区背景下高校学生事务管理的供给侧改革。Students are located in different campuses under the situation of multi-campus.As the student affairsmanagement supply side,the school should combine the three elements including student demand,organizationalstructure and resource allocation to analyze the multi-campus background on student affairs management impact,analyzethe current management problems and promote the supply side reform of university student affairs management in thebackground of multi-campus.
