摘  要:现代工业价值链对地方高校应用型人才的能力素质结构提出了新的要求,更加强调实践能力和工程理念。本文首先对现代工业价值链下实践教学面临的新挑战进行论述,提出了"理实一体、自成体系、贯穿全程"的实践教学改革思路,进而结合所在院校近年来以学生为本、围绕业界需要和价值导向为中心实践教学改革经验,归纳以实践教学培养体系重构、实践教学培养内容重组、实践教学培养环节重置、实践教学培养方式多元化为特色的机械工程专业实践教学改革模式。New requirements are proposed by modern industrial value chain for local colleges and universities onthe capability and quality structure of applied talents which emphasis more on practical ability and engineering concept.New challenges of practical training under the premise of modern industrial value chain are discussed.It puts forward thethought of the practical training reform of "integration of theory and practice,self-system and throughout the wholeprocess" combined with the practical training reform experience of "student-oriented,centered on the needs of theindustry and value orientation".In that case,practice training reform model of mechanical engineering is characterized byreconstruction of practical training system,recombination ofpractical training contents,and reset of practical training linkand diversification of practical training mode.
