“双一流”建设农业院校校训教育功能探析——以西北农林科技大学为例

摘　　要：校训是学校办学历史与校园文化的突出代表。大学校训因大学对人才的培育与文化的更新作用,具有较之其他类型学校的校训更显著的作用和意义。在"双一流"建设背景下,寓农业院校校训精神于教育教学全过程,能够凝聚师生的学术自信,推动我国农业高等教育跨越式发展。西北农林科技大学作为首批入选"双一流"建设的大学,梳理其校训"诚朴勇毅"的制定、内涵及其在新时期的传承与发展,有助于"双一流"建设中农业院校校训教育功能的培育与发挥。School motto is the outstanding representative of it＇s history and culture.For the role of universities incultivating and updating talents and culture,the motto of universities has a more significant role and importance thanother schools＇ motto.Under the background of ＂double first-class＂ construction,it is helpful to condense the academicconfidence of teachers and students and promotes the leap forward development of agricultural higher education inChina by combining the spirit of agricultural universities motto in the whole process of education and teaching.As thefirst batch of ＂double first-class＂ universities,the establishment and connotation of the Northwest A＆F University mottoof ＂Sincerity,Simplicity,Bravery and Perseverance＂ and its inheritance and development in the new period is conduciveto the cultivation and development of the function of the school motto in agricultural universities.
