微课与行动导向教学法相结合的高职《票务管理》课程探析

摘　　要：目前,部分高职院校城市轨道交通运营管理(以下简称"城轨")专业的学生在地铁车站客运服务中心顶岗实习时,遇到早晚高峰大客流,不能独立上岗操作票务业务。这说明学生的职业能力有待提高,教师"怎么教"还需进一步改革。因此在信息技术广泛应用的今天,探析《票务管理》课程运用微课与行动导向法相结合的教学方法,利于最大限度地调动学生的主观能动性,促进教与学、教与教、学与学的全面互动,从而提高教学质量与人才培养质量。At present, some students majoring in urban rail transit operation and management in highervocational colleges can not operate ticketing independently when they are on the job in the passenger service centerof subway station when they meet the peak passenger flow in the morning and evening. This indicates that students＇vocational ability needs to be improved, and teachers＇＂how to teach＂ needs further reform.
